Who we are

This website is run by 609Painter LLC ("609Painter", "we", "us"). If you have a question about your information, email hello@609painter.com or call (609) 724-6837.

What we collect

• The callback form. Your name, phone number, email address, and what you tell us about the job.
• Phone and email. Whatever you tell us when you contact us directly.
• Site usage. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, how you got here, your device and browser type, and your general location. Our own server also counts page views, taps on the phone number and form sends. Those counts do not identify you.

The estimate calculator works in your browser. The choices you make in it are not sent to us.

How we use it

• To call or email you back about your project.
• To give you an estimate and do the work you ask for.
• To see how people find and use the site, so we can improve it.
• To block spam and abuse.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. This site runs no advertising pixels.

Who helps us run the site

These companies process information for us, only to provide their service:

• DigitalOcean hosts the website and the server that stores form submissions.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used.
• Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces. Your browser loads them from Google, which sees your IP address when it does.

This website is built and maintained by Fishtown Development, who can access site data only to run and support it.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. The site sets no other cookies and stores nothing else in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site still works if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep your information as long as we need it to serve you and keep our business records, or as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@609painter.com and we will answer.

Security

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to the information we hold is limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
